Schedule free consultation

Use the link below to schedule initial meet & greet. You can ask any questions you may have and we can get a sense of one another’s personalities to see if it feels right. If therapy with me isn’t the right way to go, I’ll help you get connected to some trusted and vetted referrals.

Begin healing

Find a private, comfortable place for your sessions and be open to go beyond coping skills and breathing exercises. Commit to our weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions by showing up ready to dig in and explore narratives, patterns and behaviors that have you reliving the past, avoiding the present and unable to move forward.
